We want you to love your Margaux pieces, but if the fit isn't perfect, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip to help us process your request faster.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
